Spray-Tek is a water conditioning agent and nonionic surfactant formulated to enhance pesticide performance.
Spray-Tek improves the spreading and activation of pesticides. Hard water cations and high pH can decrease mixability and solubility of certain pesticides, especially glyphosate, 2,4-D amines, and garlon salts. Ammonium sulfate has long been recognized to aid in the effective uptake of certain pesticides by some plant species.
Spray-Tek contains ammonium sulfate as well as acidifying, buffering, and chelating agents which aid in maintaining the right pH in the tank mix solution, and blocks hard water cations from interacting with the pesticide molecule.
Use Rates:
General Use Rates: 1 to 4 quarts 100 gallons of spray water
For Smaller Weeds: 1 to 2 quarts per 100 gallons of spray water
For Larger Weeds: 3 to 4 quarts per 100 gallons of spray water
